Stainless Steel Valve Stems
Stainless Steel Valve Stem offer a full range of austenitic (304/316), martensitic (420/440C) and precipitation-hardening (17-4PH) material solutions.Through precision cold drawing or CNC turning forming, the dimensional accuracy is controlled within ±0.01mm, and the straightness is less than 0.02mm/m. The surface can be treated with mechanical polishing, electrolytic polishing or hard chromium coating, and the Ra value can be below 0.2μm.
Covering ISO 5211, DIN standard and non-standard interface, the working temperature covers -196°C to 450°C, widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and shipbuilding industries of corrosive media and sanitary conditions, taking into consideration the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and assembly interchangeability.

High-Pressure Valve Stems
High-Pressure Valve Stem is specially designed for API 6D, ANSI Class 1500 and above high integrity systems. It is made of high-strength alloy steel (such as 17-4PH, AISI 4140) or duplex stainless steel through integral forging. After quenching and tempering heat treatment, the hardness reaches HRC 28-35 and the tensile strength exceeds 1000 MPa.The rod body adopts anti-blow out structure design, and the surface is treated by deep induction quenching or supersonic flame spraying tungsten carbide, and the precision of the key matching parts reaches IT6.
It is suitable for oil and gas wellhead, main line cut-off and supercritical conditions, ensuring zero plastic deformation and long-term sealing reliability under pressure above 70MPa and severe cyclic load.
