T-type Valve Balls

Ballking precision three-way valve balls achieve efficient mixing and diversion. T-type valve ball is the core internal part of 3-way ball valve, with a T-shaped borehole inside the ball. It can realize flow diversion, mixing, straight-through and three-way intercommunication by rotating 90 degrees.The CNC flow channel processing and patented polishing ensure smooth flow switching and reliable sealing at each position. Matching materials for specific operating conditions are provided. Within the temperature limits of the material and valve seat, they are suitable for a wide range of process fluids, gases, and liquids.
Main Functions
Mixing: Two inlet media converge into one outlet.
Diverting: One inlet medium splits into two outlets.
Straight flow: Two opposite ports open, the third port closed.
Full open: All three ports communicate with each other.
T-type vs L-type Valve Ball
T-type: Allow 3-way intercommunication, suitable for mixing & diverting.
L-type: Only 2-way passage, just for flow direction switching, cannot mix or divert.
