Metal valve seat is a key sealing part for metal-seated ball valves, globe valves and butterfly valves. It adopts full metal structure to form metal-to-metal hard sealing with valve ball or plug. Without any soft rubber or plastic materials, it features high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, erosion resistance and anti-abrasion for particle media.

Available in solid alloy or base material with Stellite hardfacing.

Manufacturing Process
CNC precision turning → mirror surface lapping → surface hardening (nitriding, hard chrome plating, Stellite hardfacing). High precision flatness for perfect matching with valve ball.
