The patented electroplating/chemical plating process forms a uniform, pore-free, and highly adhesive coating on the carbon steel/alloy steel substrate, extending its service life in water, weak acids, alkalis, and hydrocarbons while maintaining precise dimensions.

Nickel-plated valve balls are carbon steel or stainless steel valve balls with a solid nickel plating layer on the surface.
Improves hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and surface finish, ideal for medium working conditions with slight corrosion and abrasion.
