Incoloy Alloy Valve Balls

Incoloy valve balls are specially designed for high-temperature oxidation/carburizing environments (up to 1100°C).Through controlled hot forging and solution annealing to stabilize microstructure, maintain high strength and resist scaling and embritculation, reliable for furnaces, heat treatment equipment and petrochemical cracking processes involving combustion gas, steam and hydrocarbons.
1. Introduction
Incoloy Alloy Valve Balls are precision lapped valve balls made from nickel-iron-chromium super alloys.
They provide excellent resistance to high temperature, oxidation, carburization and severe corrosion, widely used in extreme industrial conditions where stainless steel cannot survive.
2. Common Incoloy Grades
Incoloy 800 / 800H / 800HT
High temperature resistance, anti-oxidation, perfect for furnace system, heat exchanger and high-temperature pipeline.
Incoloy 825
Excellent resistance to corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, acid and chloride environment.
Incoloy 925
High strength + good corrosion resistance, suitable for oil & gas, downhole and sour service.
