Duplex Steel Valve Balls
Ballking duplex steel and super duplex steel valve balls provide ultra-high strength and resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking due to austenite-ferrite microstructure. Specialized forging and heat treatment ensure the best phase balance, making it suitable for seawater, offshore and high-pressure chlorine-containing environments (up to 250°C), and it performs exceptionally well in brine, sulfur-containing oil and gas, and acidic chloride media.

Common Grades
2205 (S32205)：Standard duplex steel, widely used in general severe corrosion.
2507 (S32750)：Super duplex steel, higher corrosion resistance and strength for seawater and strong acid environment.

Manufacturing Process
Integral forging, CNC precision machining and mirror lapping. Roundness tolerance up to 0.01mm. Optional nitriding, hard chrome plating and Stellite hardfacing for high pressure metal seal application.
