Duplex Steel Valve Balls
Ballking duplex steel and super duplex steel valve balls provide ultra-high strength and resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking due to austenite-ferrite microstructure. Specialized forging and heat treatment ensure the best phase balance, making it suitable for seawater, offshore and high-pressure chlorine-containing environments (up to 250°C), and it performs exceptionally well in brine, sulfur-containing oil and gas, and acidic chloride media.
