Titanium Valve Balls

Ballking titanium valve balls with high strength to weight ratio and excellent corrosion resistance. Titanium valve balls are precision lapped core components for ball valves. Manufactured from pure titanium and titanium alloy, they feature outstanding corrosion resistance, high strength and light weight.Professional forging and machining to avoid pollution and embritchment, performance in oxidizing/chloride-rich environment better than stainless steel, resistant to wet chlorine, seawater, chloride and oxidizing acids, is an ideal choice for chloro-alkali, Marine and process industry applications involving bleaching agents/oxidants.
Common Titanium Grades
Grade 2 / TA2: Commercial pure titanium, excellent general corrosion resistance, good ductility.
Grade 5 / Ti-6Al-4V: High strength titanium alloy, ideal for high pressure and offshore service.
Grade 7 / Ti-0.2Pd: Superior resistance to chlorine, seawater and chloride environments.
Grade 12 / Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni: Good performance in sulfuric acid and high temperature acidic media.
