Hastelloy Alloy Valve Balls

Hastelloy Valve Ball
Hastelloy valve ball is a high-end precision ball made of Hastelloy nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy. It is specially designed for extreme working conditions of strong acid, strong oxidation and severe corrosion, with far better corrosion resistance than 304, 316L and duplex steel.
Common Grades
Hastelloy C276: Most widely used, resistant to hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hypochlorite and wet chlorine.
Hastelloy C22: Excellent anti-oxidation and pitting resistance for strong oxidizing media.
Hastelloy B2: Professional grade for pure hydrochloric acid and non-oxidizing strong acid environment.
Detail

Manufacturing Process

Made of integral forged raw material, CNC precision machined and mirror ultra-fine lapped. Roundness tolerance up to 0.01mm. Optional nitriding and hard alloy hardfacing for high pressure and metal hard seal ball valves.

Key Advantages

  1. Outstanding corrosion resistance to hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, wet chlorine and strong chemical media.
  2. Excellent high temperature stability, no oxidation and deformation under high temperature corrosive conditions.
  3. Superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and chloride erosion.
  4. High mechanical toughness, anti-impact and anti-stress corrosion cracking.
  5. High precision spherical surface, stable sealing performance and long service life under harsh conditions.

Applications

Fine chemical, pharmaceutical and pesticide industry, flue gas desulfurization, pickling production line, chlor-alkali chemical, waste liquid treatment and high-corrosion industrial ball valves.
